The plain rules of the Service.

Acceptance of terms

By using Electrolyzed.AI (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the operator.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that company.

User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account.

One account per person. Multiple accounts used to circumvent limits or defraud the affiliate system may be suspended without refund.

AI content — essential disclaimer

ELECTROLYZED.AI provides AI-generated informational and educational assistance. The platform does NOT provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

AI responses are auto-generated and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or factual errors ("hallucinations"). Do NOT make medical, legal, financial, or business decisions based solely on AI output without independent verification.

The user remains fully responsible for decisions and actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

No guaranteed results

We make NO guarantees of financial, business, or income results from using the platform. Success stories shown are illustrative and do not constitute promises.

Network marketing earnings depend on effort, skill, market, and factors outside our control. Most people involved in network marketing do not generate substantial income.

Wellness and hydration disclaimer

Hydration, wellness, and health information provided by the platform is for informational and lifestyle purposes only. It is NOT medical advice, and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified medical professional for questions specific to your health.

Subscriptions and billing

The Premium subscription costs €40/month (VAT included if applicable) and renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and local payment methods as supported by Stripe.

You will receive an email confirmation for each payment. Invoices are available in the Stripe portal accessible from Settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

You do not need to contact us to cancel. We do not use dark patterns.

Refund policy

7-day guarantee: if you purchase Premium for the first time and cancel within 7 days, we refund the first invoice in full. Send the request to electrolyzedai@gmail.com from your account email.

After 7 days, recurring payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future charges.

This withdrawal right is in addition to mandatory legal rights (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights) where applicable.

Affiliate program

You may participate in the affiliate program by receiving a unique code. Rules:

• No earnings are guaranteed — depends on the number of paying users you bring.
• Self-referral is prohibited. The system detects and blocks self-recommendations.
• Fake, fraudulent, or multi-identity referrals can result in suspension without payment of pending commissions.
• Commissions are paid on request when the balance exceeds €50. Payments are processed manually for verification.
• Current tier (25%/30%/35%) applies at invoice time. Increases benefit you immediately — decreases never apply retroactively.
• Milestone bonuses (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite) are validated after 30 days of retention and approved manually.
• We reserve the right to modify program terms with 30-day notice.

Prohibited usage

You may not use the Service to:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Spam, harassment, or violations of anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR consent).
• Creating fake testimonials, fake income proof, or impersonation.
• Circumventing limits or payment systems (multi-account, VPN access to bypass geo restrictions).
• Training your own AI models on Service output without our written permission.
• Reverse engineering, automated scraping, or API access outside the official flow.
• Distributing illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, brand, code, design, and AI systems remain the property of the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Content you provide (messages, profiles, URLs) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

AI output you receive from the Service may be used for your own commercial purposes, subject to Anthropic's terms (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup).

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, without prorated refund for the remaining period, in cases of serious breach (fraud, abuse, illegal activity).

For minor breaches, we will send notice at least 7 days before suspension.

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Request Account Deletion.

Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice when possible.

Third-party integrations (Anthropic, Stripe, Twilio) may experience their own downtime. In those cases, some features may be temporarily unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The operator is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity), nor for financial or medical outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by gross negligence, fraud, or violation of consumer rights to the extent that the law does not allow limitation.

Jurisdiction and governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain the mandatory rights of your jurisdiction (Rome I Regulation, Brussels I bis Regulation).

Changes to these Terms
